The location is very centrally located, easily reached by public transportation, close to freeways and has ample parking in the area including meters right on Mission and Cesar Chavez. I wanted to create my own space that was substantially larger than most therapy offices (430 sq.ft. vs.100 sq.ft.) to allow for more freedom around art, self expression, movement and alternative seating arrangements that can accommodate groups. It is also more conducive to working with kids and allows them more space to move. It has a lot of privacy which is helpful for this kind of work... and for enjoying music and laughter of course. It is a casual, warm environment that is professional without feeling formal or confining.
